Week Two -


So here we are at the end of week 2 - how has it gone? So far so good,


The plan for this week was to not have a plan as such. Work on maintaining a little bit of progress from last week, add another little change maybe.


So the walks were done as promised and two gym sessions plus a PT session, Can't say I wasn't feeling nervous for the PT session, however a change I noticed was physically I was nervous but not worried with dread or that sick feeling. Instead it was nervous anticipation which quickly disappeared when I got going.


Food is not that easy. I am making healthier choices with meals but still finding it hard to cut out the snacking. I still crave crisps etc - I am trying to distract myself to not think about food. Suspect its not an overnight thing.


Plan for Week Three - Same momentum as this week with added challenge of increasing my water intake.
